• Board Certified as a Certified Safety Professional
• Experience in auditing hundreds of facilities worldwide, to include security, workplace violence, and hostile intrusion prevention assessments
• Prevention of a specific active shooter incident which was halted with no fatalities or injuries prior to the perpetrator implementing his plan
• Corporate responsibility for over 35,000 employees during his career
• Oversight of over 120 facilities worldwide in his area of responsibility, which was safety and health to his constituents
• State level law enforcement experience
• Master of Science degree in Safety Management (University of Central Missouri)
• Bachelor of General Studies degree in Behavioral Sciences & Associate of Science Degree in Law Enforcement (University of Louisiana Lafayette)
• Currently works with all levels of organizations from community college systems to hospitals, private sector, and government entities
• Expert Witness experience
Brent Morgan, Retired Lt, NCHP - Owner
• 28 years of local and statewide law enforcement experience
• Hands-on experience responding to active shooter events at high school & university levels
• Significant training in appropriate law enforcement response in such matters
• Incident command & Court Testimony experience
• Security experience including executive mansion for the state of North Carolina
• Presidential & candidate security interfacing state, federal, and local elements
• Major event security & traffic control for large scale sporting events
• Supervisory experience for hundreds of law enforcement personnel
• Access to a variety of expertise & Record of success professionally
• Expertise in reviewing levels of documentation to withstand extreme legal review
• Command for the statewide Viper system (statewide emergency communications network)
• Acting Troop Commander for two troops (each troop consisting of ten or more counties)
• Significant & intricate knowledge of transportation & traffic systems
